The Science Lab, fully upgraded, needs tons of energy.īuilding a proving ground early is not advisable. Disadvantage, you need 3 Eng digging n exposed power coil. Corpses will disassembled faster (just few hours) and precious materials can be salvaged. The Science boost is amazing and helps to hop from one tier to the next. Since few campaigns, I recommend a Science Lab as third facility. With that additional income early game, you cann afford weapons, armor or facilities even other GTS upgrades.ĪWC for reduced recovery and AWC perks have a huge impact.Īn early Psi LAb is nice but not must have.

Unwanted PCS/weapon mods can be sold in Balck Market too. Data Pads offer Intel after a research but can be sold for 25 creds per item. Early/mid those items are a good income in a campaign. More chances for Advanced or Elite mods and more Data Pads. One of it is "Vulture" you get a high chance of double loot. Because once you do build the second facility, the next thing you'll need is power and that means planning where you'r workshop is going to go, even if you don't build it for a while.īuilding order is situational but in general a GTS and an AWC are somehow "must haves". Waiting to build more facilities also gives you tie to excavate more spaces and give you better placement when you do start building. One of the above would be my choice for what to build second though, with some cavetts depending on how many scientists I have. *The lab should really be build on a power convertor, so you need to dig first. *The Foundry is better the more tech you have, so no rush to get that. *AWC healing means diverting a scientist from research, and I'd prefer to put time training skills into soilders who aren't going to get one-shot because they don't have armour and more health. *Psi means diverting from the laser/armour tree. I think all of them are more important than anything the other facilities provide at the start. You need money and resourses to buy lasers/armour/ammo/vests, as well as picking up extra scientists, engineers and recruits. I don't normally buy much else for a while. *The rookie training can be used to 'squaddify' any new recuits you buy as well as the stragglers you couldn't fit into a mission from the initial roster. *Of the upgrades, I like Wetwork early since it levels you up faster. *Officers give your troops a will boost that grows the more they do missions - very useful for low ranks and nice to get the "trust" process started early. *Officer abilities are very useful emergency skills throughout the campaign. Видео Long War 2 - 1.I always pick up the Gurilla Tactics School - everything about that facility screams early game advantage. That video is a basic tutorial / guide for understanding Long War 2 infiltration and haven management as well as a walkthough and first look at the tactical changes in Long War 2 from XCOM 2 vanilla.
